Galatians 2:20

2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

The Greatest Work in The World-

Everything good in men and women is the fruit of the working of the Holy Spirit. The Spirit teaches us to reveal righteousness in our lives. The greatest work that can be done in our world is to glorify God by living the character of Christ. God will make perfect only those who will die to self. Those who are willing to do this can say, “I live, yet not I, but Christ liveth in me.” [Galatians 2:20.] MS 16, 1900

Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. For he that is dead is freed from sin. Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him: Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him. For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God. Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord. Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof. Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God. But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world. And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again. Therefore, if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. Walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling savor.

Our Father, which art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name,

We come to you on our faces with tears in our eyes to tell You how sorry we are for sinning against You. We come as our wretched selves to ask for Your forgiveness. You have told us to come to You as we are. Here am I. May You please forgive me? I believe I am forgiven. You are love and want nothing more for Your children than for all to come to You, surrender their life to You that they may be saved. With so much evil in this world, so many distractions to draw Your people into idolatry, we are so thankful and grateful that we have a Savior. You died for us that we may live, not I, but Christ lives in me. Hallelujah and praise be to You dear Lord. Thank You for giving Yourself for me. We die to self and pray to be made perfect in You. Thank You for destroying sin that it has no dominion over You nor us. For we also ourselves are dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord. We submit and yield ourselves to You as those that are alive from the dead. For we live unto righteousness not of ourselves but to You who died for us and rose again giving us the victory over sin. We pray to walk in love, as You loved us first, giving Yourself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling savor. We pray for the continual outpouring of the Holy Spirit to lead and guide us, keeping us on the strait path that leads to Your heavenly kingdom. We pray to have a hedge of Your Holy angels round our families and ourselves to keep us safe and protected from Satan and his demons and all the people and devices that he uses. We thank You for hearing and answering our prayers, in the name of Christ Jesus, we pray. Amen.
